The Founder, Owner & Executive Director

I am a single mother with drive and lots of ambition. My name is Stephanie Reed. I have over 20 years of experience in career development and higher education. During my “wonderful” twenties, I ventured out of the world of academia and entered the sales profession where I served as a Territory Sales Manager for Philip Morris, USA. I have returned to the college campus first as an Assistant Director of Co-op & Career Services, and more recently as Director of Student Diversity at a private college in the Philadelphia area. I am also currently completing my first book, which is self-help/personal development. This is who I am as a professional.

Throughout my education and work experience I have always had a desire to connect my personal self to my professional self. Within me, there has always been that burning question: ” What am I suppose to be doing with my life?!?” That little voice in my head wonders: “Can I actually have a career that is both personally and professionally satisfying?” What I’ve discovered is that YES I CAN, but I will have to create my success!

Who I am on a personal level, is a single mother of three children who are the center of my world! Any plans I make or dreams I strive to achieve have these little ones at the core! I’d like to give them an example of how to be good at whatever you do and always aspire for more! I am a fun (often times sarcastic) thirty something who is working hard to make an impact in this world through this Aspire2Higher Movement and business.

The video below will give you a glimpse of my life and my journey as I grow this business and movement!

Thanks for visiting, and I hope you peruse the site. I also hope I meet you soon after you join and take part in the Aspire2Higher Movement!
