Developing Career & Job Search Plans
You will meet with me (Stephanie Reed) to discuss your goals, previous experience and skill sets (If you are not local this will be a phone or Skype consultation-if you live within the Greater Philadelphia area, I prefer a face to face meeting for more personalized consultation). You will then be given a quick assessment worksheet for completion. After completing a quick A2H career assessment, clients will receive a specific plan to help them” fill any gaps” in work experience and skill sets to meet YOUR desired outcome!
If you are a person who is searching for the “right career” , I will make recommendations of industries & positions that match your experience and skills, including sample job descriptions for your consideration and I will recommend specific websites for your job search and a strategy to guide you in job search or transition. This service can be beneficial to students & recent college graduates seeking their 1st career position or those mid level to seasoned professionals who wish to make a career transition. COST: $400.00
Developing a Career/Buisness Social Media Presence
The below packages include a proposed social media brand strategy (for individuals, start-ups, non-profits and small organizations) which will suggest how to grow & engage your followers & audience. The strategy (which will be a written proposal) will outline how to manage the social media sites after I set them up and begin developing them.
COSTS: begin at $700.00 for a Starter Package (Facebook, Twitter & YouTube)
A La Carte Social Media Costs:
- If you already have active accounts which just need revising & refining-Package COST: $350.00
- Other social media sites can be added to the starter package for an additional $100, including LinkedIn, Google+, Storify, About.me, Instagram, & HootSuite
- I can create and set-up one social media account per your request-COST: $200.00 per social media platform
Resume & CV Review /Revision Services
Clients MUST already have a resume draft (or Word document) with ALL relevant experience listed. After sending in the resume for review, I will send an estimated COST to complete the editing process. Once payment is received, I will return a new document to clients within 48 hours. I will also include comments on HOW & WHY I have made specific revisions to the document
- I also offer a RESUME revision & LinkedIn profile writing PACKAGE-COST: $200.00 (for a 1 page resume)
Cover Letter Writing
I specialize in writing cover letters that tell a story! I review your resume prior (if you don’t have one, we can decide a package price) and the client must complete a questionnaire so that I can get to know a bit more about YOU to personalize your letter. I will write specific cover letters which are tailored for particular job openings (job descriptions MUST be provided). I can also write cover letters that are industry specific and give clients with 1-2 drafts per industry. COST: $100.00/ per tailored letter
Linkedin Profile Review & Writing/Revision
After speaking with you about your goals and why you use LinkedIn, A2H will review your current LinkedIn profile and provide suggestions for improving your results. A2H will outline strategies that if employed, will increase results from your LinkedIn activity and help you track & determine your ROI. A2H will also provide the client with a newly written profile. COST: $500 (payable in 2 payments)
A2H can aid clients in preparing for the interview process via phone, SKYPE & Google+ practice interviews! Clients must give me specific job descriptions in preparation for each interview; interviews will generally be held 48 hours after job descriptions are received. You will receive immediate feedback about your interview and a follow-up summary email. COST: $70.00 ***AN INVALUABLE SERVICE FOR A JOB-SEEKER!
