Welcome to Aspire2Higher!

What is Aspire2Higher Blog about?

I started this blog several years ago as a “side effect” of trying new things in my career and professional development.  As I attempt to manage a full-time career in higher education and my pursuit of entrepreneurship as an author and speaker, I wanted to share my experiences (both positive and negative) so that others can see how my happiness and struggles are part of the journey to defining success.

The purpose of this blog is to share my story with those who wish to follow.  As I embark on new professional ventures I will share what it took to meet the goals I set out to accomplish.  As a career counselor, some of this blog will be about the lessons of a young professional entering and navigating the world of work.  I share my own stories to give insight for others.  This blog will also be a place to find resources to aid others in their personal and career development.

Overall, my goal is to infiltrate the fabric of society (specifically young professionals) with the ELEMENTS for Success or A2H.

I will reveal & explain the ELEMENTS of A2H through my blog, seminars & speaking engagements.   I hope you stay tuned in, join the movement and invite others to do the same.
